DHCLS is excited to have Raquel Jackson joining us to share her love of yoga with you. Raquel has over 600 hours of training and has been teaching for six years. She teaches a gentle class geared towards the beginner. Her style is a flow type of yoga where you move from pose to pose, linking breath with movement. Whether you are new to yoga or have been doing it for a while, her class offers an accepting environment and ensures there is a place for you. Come check it out. We look forward to having you there!
