Author's Anonymous Writing Group

Author’s Anonymous is a welcoming, creativity‑first write night designed for anyone who wants to explore storytelling in a fun, low‑pressure environment. Each session focuses on a different aspect of writing, from flash fiction to worldbuilding to memoir, giving participants a chance to experiment and discover their voice. Whether someone is a brand‑new writer, a lapsed creative, or a seasoned storyteller looking for community, this program offers a space to grow.

Every meeting blends warm‑up games, skill spotlights, and guided writing exercises that spark ideas and break through creative blocks. Writers share as much or as little as they like, building confidence through supportive discussion rather than critique. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s momentum.

Across themed sessions, participants explore character, dialogue, plot, emotion, genre, sensory detail, and more. By the end of the program, everyone leaves with a collection of new writing, a deeper understanding of their creative process, and a personalized writer’s toolbox they can use long after the series ends.
